Frederick Abboah-Offei is the visionary founder and leader of ManRise 2:7. He is married to Lilian, and together they are blessed with three children—Emmanuel, Abigail, and Audrey.

A devout and God-fearing man for over 25 years, Frederick has dedicated his life to authentic faith, family values, and servant leadership. His personal journey as a husband, father, and leader has shaped his passion to inspire and empower men from all walks of life. Raising two children with additional needs has further deepened his understanding of resilience, compassion, and the importance of community support. His lived experience reflects the very heart of ManRise 2:7—that manhood is not about perfection, but about rising with strength, faith, and purpose through life’s challenges.

Beyond ManRise 2:7, Frederick is the founder of The Potter’s Hand Ministry, a non-denominational Christian ministry dedicated to advocating for the inclusion of people with disabilities in church life and the wider Christian community.

In the corporate world, he serves as a director for multiple companies, including The Anchor Sendfriendly Limited, SEND Options, TAS Care, and Sending Transport Services Limited. All of these ventures are geared toward supporting and enabling people with additional needs to live more fulfilling and dignified lives.

ManRise 2:7 was born out of the conviction that every man carries God’s breath of life and purpose (Genesis 2:7) and, with the right support, can rise into his true identity—sharpened in character, strengthened in resilience, and prepared to leave a lasting legacy.

Frederick firmly believes that regardless of the challenges life brings, with absolute reliance on God’s providence and guidance, every man has the ability to rise above, shine, and live a productive and fulfilling life both in this present world and in service to God’s Kingdom.
